Niki King's eclectic belief system is an extension of her dark past. While teaching ninth grade lit in rural Butts County Georgia, she taps into the power of time travel. She finds a righteous wingman in God (them)self to right the wrongs of the past. When a special student gets sucked into the chaos, Niki digs deep to find the courage she needs to save the day.

The hip & ironic tone of the series is intertwined with elements of sci-fi, fantasy, philosophy, and moments of edgy humor. Biblical, mythological, and historical events serve as the show's engine.
